Do you know the actual meaning of technology?

 

 We are using technologies from morning to bed. We can not think about our modern life without technologies. Technologies have made our life easy. But it is a matter of regret that very few people know the actual meaning of technology.

When I ask someone that what is technology? I become terrified hearing their answers.

They often tell me that technology means all that stuff made their life easy. They indicate some electronics some of them are modern computer, internet, games, mobile phones, 3g, television, satellite.

 Definition of Technology from Dictionary;

 Meaning of Technologies in our day to day life;

We can not confine the meaning of technology between electronics, computers, internet, satellite, mobile phones etc. Generally technology means the process of using the inventions science for the welfare of mankind. Technology had brought about a revolutionary change to the history of mankind. When some stuff is helping you to do some complex work easily done it is a technology. It can be your calculator or it can be an axe. Technology word came from the Greek “technologia” which is combination of “techne” means “craft”. “logia” means “saying”. So we can consider technology as the articulation of a craft. Today we use technology all over the world.

However technology is used for both evil and welfare of the mankind. But we should know the actual meaning of what we use our day to day life.
